The Supervisory Board of Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. at the meeting on June 29, 2018, after conducting the recruitment procedure, appointed on 1 July 2018 Mr. Jacek Kosiński as a Member of the Management Board, Financial Director of HSW S.A. for the joint term of office of the Management Board.
The new Member of the Board for twenty years is associated with corporate finance management. Has many years of managerial experience as a board member responsible for, among others financial areas of operation of supervised enterprises. He implemented financial strategies ensuring dynamic and long-term development of the company, co-created strategies for maximizing business potential and raising capital for companies or capital groups. Member of Supervisory Boards of listed companies.
Since 2016, Mr. Jacek Kosiński has been the Finance Director of Huta Stalowa Wola S.A.
