The dismissal of the President of the subsidiary Jelcz Sp. z o.o.

The Supervisory Board of Jelcz Sp. z o.o. on November 20, 2020, she recalled Mr. Sławomir Kaleta from the position of the President of the Management Board and entrusted Ms Wioletta Krawczyk-Namyślak, Member of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Affairs with the duties of the President, until the appointment of a new President.
